Private Pilates Training sessions allow your trainer to design and personalize a fitness plan for your own individual purpose, incorporating your particular interests.

Our Private Pilates sessions are fun, inspirational workouts geared specifically toward your body’s strengths, limitations, needs, and goals. Your trainer will ensure proper alignment, performance, rate of speed and strength, as well as accountability and motivation.

What if I have no experience?

There is no need to be worried about a lack of experience or current physical fitness. Our trainers have the ability to help anyone at any level, and our fitness studio is a completely judgment free zone. We all have to start somewhere.

What can I expect during my first Private Pilates Training session?

It’s kind of like a first date – you and the trainer are getting to know each other. The trainer will initially do movement assessment, while subsequent sessions will have varying agendas. Every day you visit us, your body is different, and our trainers will adapt to your current state.

Can I do Private Pilates Training if I suffer from chronic pain, injury, or medical need?

Absolutely! The Well Spa & Fitness instructors can work with and help to improve almost any medical need, pain point, or injury. In fact, many of our current clients say that pilates training was the only modality that was successful in minimizing or alleviating their pain symptoms.

How often do I have to train?

That is up to you and your schedule, but it is recommended to train at least once a week. For your convenience, we offer 1 hour and ½ hour sessions. For the off days, our trainers can give you exercises, stretches, and guidance to continue your progress at home.

What do I need to bring with me?

You only need to bring yourself in comfortable, flexible clothing. We provide all of the equipment, direction, motivation, and encouragement required.
