Class sizes are limited 12 students per class and signup is required for each class.

Advanced Level Reformer Pilates

Intensity Level: Advanced
This one-hour class combines the classical Pilates exercises with contemporary variations for a fun and challenging class suitable for clients familiar with the fundamentals of Pilates.

All Level Reformer Pilates

Intensity Level: All levels
This one-hour class is a great addition to your Pilates practice, utilizing the reformer to challenge your body in new ways.

Ballet Barre for Adults

Intensity Level: All levels
Get in touch with your inner ballet dancer in this one-hour class that will highlight the Pilates principles of alignment, balance, breath, and flow combined with classical ballet techniques for a challenging workout that is perfect for all levels. Please note, this is a traditional Ballet style class, not a TM Barre class.
Our Adult Class is a Classical Ballet Barre class emphasizing proper muscular recruitment patterns in learning ballet technique. This class is designed to work with the client’s specific needs and movement abilities. No previous dance experience necessary.

Beginner Series Yoga Workshop

Intensity Level: Beginner
These classes offer newcomers to yoga an intimate, comfortable setting in which to learn about this ancient practice. Students are taught basic yoga poses and philosophy in a workshop format that encourages questions. Classes are comprised exclusively of novices, enabling elemental instruction tailored to each student’s body type, strengths and weaknesses. The class is intended to prepare students to comfortably enter any basic asana flow class. Class sessions run for 6 weeks and are scheduled throughout the year. Pre-registration is required.

Chair Yoga (coming soon!)

Intensity Level: All levels
A very gentle yoga class.  We practice seated in a chair or standing using the chair for support.  You will build strength and improve mobility and balance.

Friday Unwind

Intensity Level: All levels
Relax and de-stress after a long week with special breathing techniques to achieve active relaxation. Students will explore new ways to move and breathe to restore strength to the body and joy to life. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Intensity Level: All levels
Re-balance and restore with this slow and steady practice for healing and rejuvenation. We warm up gradually and gently move through a standing series before relaxing in a restorative restful sequence using props and the breath to heal and nourish the mind, body, and spirit. Classes last 55 minutes.

IT Yoga (coming May 2018)

Intensity Level: All levels
This Yoga Shred Inspired class incorporates 1-4 rounds of 4 minute high intensity Interval Training with yoga.  The perfect combination of cardio and strength training with flexibility, balance and endurance.  You will sweat, but it will be worth it!

Mat Pilates

Intensity Level: All levels
Focus on precision, centering, breathing, core strength, flexibility, and flow in this class. Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress, and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity. Classes last 55 minutes.

Prenatal Yoga Workshop

Intensity Level: All levels
Prenatal yoga enhances and empowers a woman’s experience of pregnancy and birth on all levels.  Physically, prenatal yoga increases strength and flexibility and can alleviate common prenatal ailments, all while helping a woman to prepare her body for labor and birth. Yoga also encourages a woman to connect with her pregnancy and her baby’s growth as a journey into motherhood. Through this journey, a woman can learn to trust herself ultimately feeling more deeply connected with her baby. The group setting of prenatal yoga provides a woman with a close-knit community of support, within which resources, questions, concerns, and excitements can be shared openly. Pre-registration is required as this class runs as a 6 class series.  Call our office for more information on when the next series will begin.

Senior Yoga

Intensity Level: All levels
A relaxing class tailored to meet the needs of older adults. Taking into consideration the health challenges that can occur as we age, Senior Yoga guides us through a series of yoga poses designed for strength, balance, flexibility, and pain relief. Enjoy the many health benefits of this class as you practice with your peers! Classes last 55 minutes.

Slow Flow Yoga

Intensity Level: Beginner and Intermediate
This class moves through a series of asanas (yoga positions) in a flowing sequence at a slow and steady pace. The typical students are beginners who want to dive right into things and practitioners who have had basic instruction and some asana experience who seek a more active and engaging session.

Vinyasa Strong

Intensity Level: Intermediate
A fun, challenging class where we flow through strength-building poses to upbeat music. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina in one session. Shivasana never felt so good! You will leave revitalized. This class is recommended for students that have completed several vinyasa yoga classes, however, all levels are welcome to join. Classes last 55 minutes.

Vinyasa (all levels)

A dynamic flow class creating a union between breath and movement, allowing us to be present and focused. We will transition mindfully between poses, building heat, flexibility, and strength.

Yoga Basics

Intensity Level: Beginner

A beginner’s class, where we learn the poses in a relaxed atmosphere, focusing on alignment and breath work.  Having fun while building a strong yoga foundation for better health, strength, and flexibility.

This all level class is sequenced with the students needs in mind.  Because of our small class size poses are incorporated and modified to best suit each of you.  Helping everyone find their balance between effort and ease.
