Advanced Level Reformer Pilates

Intensity Level: Advanced
This one-hour class combines the classical Pilates exercises with contemporary variations for a fun and challenging class suitable for clients familiar with the fundamentals of Pilates.


All Level Reformer Pilates

Intensity Level: All levels
This one-hour class is a great addition to your Pilates practice, utilizing the reformer to challenge your body in new ways.

Ballet Barre

Intensity Level: All levels
Get in touch with your inner ballet dancer in this one-hour class that will highlight the Pilates principles of alignment, balance, breath, and flow combined with classical ballet techniques for a challenging workout that is perfect for all levels. Please note, this is a traditional Ballet style class, not a TM Barre class.
Ages 3-5: Exploring the joy of movement and form by using music and imagination to create an inspiring environment.
Ages 6-9: Students are introduced to Classical Barre technique using terminology, etiquette, and proper body placement.
Ages 10-14: Students learn Classical Ballet Barre technique with terminology, etiquette, and proper body placement, as well as musicality. No prior experience necessary.
Adult: A Classical Ballet Barre class emphasizing proper muscular recruitment patterns in learning ballet technique. This class is designed to work with the client’s specific needs and movement abilities. No previous dance experience necessary.


Gentle Flow Yoga

Intensity Level: All levels
Re-balance and restore with this slow and steady practice for healing and rejuvenation. We warm up gradually and gently move through a standing series before relaxing in a restorative restful sequence using props and the breath to heal and nourish the mind, body, and spirit. Classes last 55 minutes.


Mat Pilates

Intensity Level: All levels
Focus on precision, centering, breathing, core strength, flexibility, and flow in this class. Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress, and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity. Classes last 55 minutes.


PiYo Power Core

Intensity Level: Intermediate
PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. Plus, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, high intensity aerobic workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined. PiYo isn’t like standard Pilates and yoga classes that make you hold long, intense poses, or lead you through dozens of repetitive, microscopic core movements. PiYo speeds everything up – including your results – by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories while also lengthening your muscles and increasing your flexibility. With every action-packed PiYo session, you can burn excess fat and sculpt and define your whole body, as you minimize the aches and pains that can come along with high-impact workouts. No matter your age, no matter your body type, PiYo will help give you dramatically visible, incredibly beautiful results. Moves can be modified for your level. Classes last 55 minutes.


Senior Yoga

Intensity Level: All levels
A relaxing class tailored to meet the needs of older adults. Taking into consideration the health challenges that can occur as we age, Senior Yoga guides us through a series of yoga poses designed for strength, balance, flexibility, and pain relief. Enjoy the many health benefits of this class as you practice with your peers! Classes last 55 minutes.

Vinyasa Strong

Intensity Level: Intermediate
A fun, challenging class where we flow through strength-building poses to upbeat music. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina in one session. Shivasana never felt so good! You will leave revitalized. This class is recommended for students that have completed several vinyasa yoga classes, however, all levels are welcome to join. Classes last 55 minutes.


Vinyasa (all levels)

Intensity Level: All levels
A dynamic flow class creating a union between breath and movement, allowing us to be present and focused. We will transition mindfully between poses, building heat, flexibility, and strength. Classes last 55 minutes.
